Jack Mishkin, President |
|
| Mr. Mishkin has been in the carpet business his entire
professional career. He started out in sales at his father’s company,
Hollytex. But his true love was design. He founded Bentley Mills in
1979 which grew into a $150M company. After Bentley was sold, Jack grew
the small mill Monterey into a major player in commercial carpet. He
brings all of this experience and talent to j•mish as its founder and
president. |

Richard Friedman, Chief Financial Officer |
|
| Richard began his career at Laventhol & Howath as a
C.P.A. He has been in the flooring business for twenty years working for
companies such as Paul Singer Floor Covering and DuPont, where he
handled mergers and acquisitions. |

Bob Van Order, Executive Vice President |
|
| A graduate of Hope College, Bob is an expert in the
design and manufacturing of wool carpets. He started his career as the
production manager of Scott Group, a carpet and rug manufacturer in
Michigan. After leaving Scott Group, Bob continued his textile career
with Glen Eden Wool Carpets, initially as production manager and
subsequently as Manager of Production and Development. He brings 15
years of industry experience to j•mish as Executive Vice President. |

Mike Lawrence, V.P. Sales and Marketing |
|
| A graduate of Auburn University, Mike has
been in sales for over two decades. He has worked for giants in the
industry like Milliken and Shaw as well as independents like j•mish.

Richard Fowler, Plant Manager |
|
| |
|
Rick has spent 35 years in carpet manufacturing. Twenty
of those years have been tufting custom wool carpet on broadloom
machines. |

Debbie Morris, Operations |
|
| |
|
Debbie has worked in the carpet industry for most of
her professional life. She has managed production planning, customer
service, distribution, aircraft floorcovering and claims departments.

Mark Mishkin, Webmaster |
|
| |
|
A graduate of Tufts University in Massachusetts, Mark’s
professional career began in the entertainment industry working for
Cinergi Pictures and KSProductions. In recent years he has taught Social
Studies and studied for his dual masters degrees in Public
Administration and Planning. All of these experiences have been
instrumental in creating j•mish’s web presence. |

Laura Ray, Customer Service |
|
| |
|
|
A native of Calhoun, Georgia, Laura got her start in
the carpet industry at Glen Eden Carpets. She worked in customer
service, handled custom samples and custom pass machine production. She
brings her expertise to our customer service department by coordinating
the customer service staff as well as managing rug and nylon orders. |
